These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the jat baji platform and the user. By accessing this site, creating an account, or using any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

4.1 Deposits

jat baji currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Once a deposit is completed, it is generally credited to the account promptly.

Users must deposit using a payment method registered in their own name. Transactions made through a third party are prohibited and may be treated as suspicious.

4.2 Withdrawals

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

The user's account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Right to Cancel Transactions

If jat baji identifies a suspicious or fraudulent transaction, it reserves the right to cancel that transaction without processing it and to temporarily suspend the associated account for investigation.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jat baji offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw bonus winnings, the user must wager the bonus amount 25 times.

Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. To become eligible for withdrawal, a wager of ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus offer may be used only once per user.
• Attempting to withdraw while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Bonuses have a limited validity period — the specific duration will be stated in each offer.
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.
• jat baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 Cashback Policy

VIP members receive a weekly cashback benefit. Cashback is given as a fixed percentage of the net loss for the week. For example, if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 cashback.

6.1 Fair Play Obligation

All games on jat baji must be played honestly and in accordance with the stated rules. Any form of cheating, use of software, bots, or automated methods is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Fraudulent collusion with other players.
• Intentionally exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform's systems.

6.3 Validity of Winnings

Winnings obtained through prohibited activities will be considered void. In such cases, jat baji reserves the right to withhold the winnings from withdrawal and to close the account.

6.4 Betting Limits

Specific minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game or betting market. These limits vary by game and are displayed alongside the relevant game on the platform. jat baji reserves the right to change betting limits for special events or as required.

The jat baji VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — up to 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold, and 1.5% at Platinum.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on the user's overall activity and contribution on the platform. jat baji reserves the right to set and change the qualification criteria for each tier and may review previously attained tiers if necessary.

VIP benefits apply only to active account holders. VIP tier status may be reassessed if an account remains inactive for an extended period.

jat baji believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial hardship or stress. We encourage all users to follow our responsible gaming guidelines.
